The Tu/E Has Started This Tender For Selecting And Contracting The Most Suitable Contractor. An Agreement Will Be Concluded For 2 Years. After This Year, The Tu/E Has The Unilateral Law To Extend The Agreement For A Period Of Twice One Year. The Scope Of This Tender Therefore Consists Of Three Parts: 1.
