Leiden University Is In Use A Nedap Aeos System For Access To Buildings And Signaling Unauthorized Access (Burglary, Theft). This Includes Electronic Door Locks, Access Gates That Can Be Opened With An Authorized Pass, Pass Readers, Motion Detectors And Door Magnets That Can Be Used To Detect Whether Doors Are Opened Undesirably. The University Is Taking The Equipment And Services For The Above Facilities From Different Suppliers. To Continue And/Or Expand The Facilities, It Is Necessary To Conclude New Agreements Periodically. These Are Agreements For The Delivery Of Equipment, Management Of The Facilities, Installation Work, Licenses And Services For Systems With Which The Facilities Are Controlled And Monitored. It Can Be Beneficial And Effective To Conclude Agreements With A Limited Number Of Suppliers For Combinations Of (Integrated) Products And Services.
