B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“Pavco”), The Owner And Operator Of Bc Place Stadium (“Bc Place”), Is Inviting Qualified Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of Security Services At Bc Place, Located At 777 Pacific Boulevard, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6b 4Y8.Pavco Is Seeking Proposals For Two Scopes Of Work:Security Services Performed By Contractor Personnel Who Hold A Basic Security Training (“Bst”) Qualification As Indicated Under The ‘Conditions’ Section Of Their Bc Security Worker Licence Security Services Performed By Contractor Personnel Who Hold An Advanced Security Training (“Ast”) Qualification As Indicated Under The ‘Conditions’ Section Of Their Bc Security Worker Licence. Proponents May Submit Proposals For One Or Both Scopes Of Work. Each Proposal Must Clearly Indicate Which Scope(S) Of Work Are Being Proposed. Pavco Reserves The Right, At Its Sole Discretion, To Select One Or More Qualified Proponents To Enter Into A Contract Under The Terms And Conditions Outlined In Appendix A – Contract Form. A Mandatory Site Visit Is Required For All Proponents Wishing To Submit A Proposal. Proponents Must Complete And Submit Appendix D – Proponent Registration Form Prior To The Site Visit In Order To Receive The Site Visit Details And The Proponent’S Package.This Negotiated Request For Proposal (“Nrfp”) Does Not Constitute A Request For Tenders And Does Not Represent An Offer To Create Binding Contractual Relations Upon Submission Of A Proposal.
