The Present Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement Is A Delivery And Will Be Awarded By Conducting A Procedure Public Competition On The Grounds Of Art. Implementation Period - 12 (Twenty Months) From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Total Value Of The Contract, Which Has Occurred Earlier, And The Term Of The Contract May Be Extended In Accordance With The Provided Option To 6 Months. The Public Procurement Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. In View Of The Specifics Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Determines The Most Economically Advantageous Offer To Determine On The Basis Of The Following Criterion For Award, Namely: The Lowest Price On The Grounds Of Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. Quantity - 7 120 Kilograms Or Approximately 8,000 Meters. The Proposed Warranty Period Of The Delivered Contact Conductor May Not Be Shorter Than 7 (Seven) Years From Receiving The Conductor With A Transmission Protocol And Must Be An Integer In Years.
