The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Repair And Reconstruction Of Three Cabinets On The Third Floor And Two Cabinets On The First Floor For The Stem Center. The Construction Works Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Activities For The Collection And Disposal Of Old Waste, As Well As All The Accompanying Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Quantitative Account (Delivery Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor, Collection And Disposal Of Construction Waste, Etc.); Guarantee Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods For The Different Types Of Construction Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For The Completed Construction Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa.
