Within This Procedure, The Public Transport Of Passengers On 19 Bus Lines From The Approved Municipal And Regional Transport Scheme From The Quota Of The Municipality Of Bolyarovo For The Period 2025-2028, Distributed In Three Separate Positions, Is Assigned. The Main Objective Of This Procedure Is To Ensure Efficiency In Spending Public Funds In Providing Services By The Contractor Selected By The Contracting Authority, Through A Public Procurement Contract Intended For The Needs Of The Public Contracting Authority. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Public Transport Of Passengers On 19 Bus Lines From The Approved Municipal And Regional Transport Scheme From The Quota Of The Municipality Of Bolyarovo, Divided Into Three Lots. The Service For This Public Procurement For Each Lot Of Position Includes: 1. Compensation Of The Carriers For The Free And Reduced Road Transport For Transportation For Transportation. 2. Subsidization Of Carriers Who Carry Out The Transportation Of Passengers On Unprofitable Bus Lines In Mountain And Other Areas.
