The Site Has Been Prepared And Approved By An Investment Project, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Procurement Document. The Technical Prescriptions And Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Construction Works Are Described And Framed In The Technical Specification And The Investment Project, Both In Terms Of The Type And Specification Of The Individual Materials Used, As Well As In The Manner And Technology Of Implementation. In View Of Which, With Respect To The Technical Specifications For The Implementation Of This Site, Those Specified In The Investment Project, The Technical Specification And The Ccc, Which Are Part Of This Documentation, Should Be Used. The Construction Is A Second Group, A Third Category In Accordance With The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut), Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction And Rules For The Procedure For Entry And Keeping Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder.
