All Activities For Controlling The Population Of Stray Dogs And Cats Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Framework Of The Principle Of Mass Castration In Settlements And In Connection With Submitted Requests And Signals To Citizens, And The Animals Are Provided For Recovery At Least 24 Hours, After Which They Are Returned To The Place Of Capture.
