The Basic Functionality Required For The Solution Is: • Loan Maintenance (Eg Mortgages) [Estimate Of 1,500] • Secondary Management [Real Estate Pledge, Share Book (Asoy), Personal Guarantee] • Annual Announcement To The Taxpayer • Customer Accounts • Customer Accounts [Estimate (Banking) Recording Of Payments • Banking Fee Material • Self -Service Use Interface For Customers • Strong Identification Of Self -Service Booking • Accounting Functions • Reports, Statistical Business Competition The City Of Helsinki Wants To Hear Market Players In Market Dialogue. Market Dialogue Is Not Part Of Tendering. The Information Obtained In The Market Dialogue Is Used Internally To Prepare Tendering. The Time And Procurement Procedure Will Be Decided After The Dialogue. According To The Preliminary Plan, The Procurement Would Be Made Through An Open Procedure And The Contract Notice Would Be Published In Late 2025. We Invite All Interested Market Players To Be Involved In Dialogue. The Dialogue Is Conducted In Writing So That Those Involved In The Dialogue Respond To The Questions In Annex 1 And Download The Criteria For The Subject Of The Acquisition In The Annex. The Answers To The Questionnaire Will Serve As A Basis For Further Discussions.
