The Municipality Of Leudal Is Looking For A Party For Drawing Up The Species Management Plan (Smp) And The Pre-Smp. Based On The (Pre) Smp, A (Temporary) Area-Oriented Environmental Permit Within The Framework Of The Environment Act Is Requested From The Provincial Executive Of The Province Of Limburg (Hereinafter: The Province Of Limburg). The Contractor Submits The Application For The Area -Oriented Environmental Permit And Relieves The Municipality In This. The Smp Is An Area -Covering Ecological Investigation And Strategy In The Context Of The Duty Of Care Under The Environment Act. The Aim Is To Guarantee Biodiversity And In Particular Protected Species Within Municipal Boundaries, And Where Possible To Strengthen It, Through Well -Being Protective, Mitigating And Stimulating Measures. The Assignment In Outline: 1. The Preparation Of A Pre-Smp, Including A Compensation Plan Large Maternity Facilities; 2. Applying For A Pre-Smp Exemption From The Province Of Limburg; 3. Direction Of The First Phase Compensation Plan Large Maternity Homes; 4. Performing The Ecological Examination Required For The Smp (0 Measurement) 5. The Preparation Of The Smp Including A Second Phase Compensation Plan And Implementation Plan; 6. The Preparation And Control Of The Second Phase Compensation Plan; 7. The Successful Application For An Area -Oriented Environmental Permit At The Province Of Limburg On The Basis Of The Smp; 8. Monitoring Of All Phases. The Research Area Concerns The Sixteen Villages Of The Municipality Of Leudal. The Village Centers Mainly Concern Small Villages In The Rural Area Of The Municipality Of Leudal.
