It Is Estimated That Around 275 Poplars Will Have To Be Felled In Both Years, Due To The Risk Of Substantial Branch Fracture. Within The Groenbedrijf Den Haag (Boom Care Department), Knowledge And Expertise Is Present In The Field Of Tree Felling And Replanting. However, The Nature And Size Of The Work That Is Currently Provided Is So Large That This Cannot Be Carried Out Within The Current Occupation And/Or Existing Framework Contracts, In Addition To The Regular Tree Replacement.
