Austro Control Gmbh Intends To Obtain The Provision, Implementation And Ongoing Support Of A Computer Aided Facility Management (Short: Cafm) System. The Cafm System Is To Be Used As Saas (Software As A Service) With An Indefinite Term. In Addition, The Only Forty -Eight (48) Months (= Waiver Of Termination) After Successful Initial Implementation (= Successful Implementation Of The Module Area Management) Can Be Terminated On 31.03.2031 At The Earliest On March 31, 2031. Basic Mandate (Fixed Calls; See General Lv Pkt. 1.1) In The Extent Of Up To 80% Of The Fixed Access Quantity With The Procurement Law: To Negotiate The Contractor Of The Basic Order In The Negotiation Procedure Without A Announcement, Provided That The Contractor Has Provided The Services In Accordance With The Basic Order And Has Continued A Continued Service Provision By The An Is Technically And/Or Economically Necessary. The Basis For The Negotiation Is The Prices Offered In The Ggst. Tender Taking Into Account The Current Price Development. The Remuneration Of This Optional Service Is To Be Determined By Mutual Agreement On The Basis Of The Calculation Bases And The Agreed Valuable Hourly Rates For The Basic Order. The Maximum Price Results From The Offer For The Basic Order And The Agreed Indexing. This Option Is Available Until December 31, 2040.
