Austro Control Gmbh Intends To Obtain The Provision, Implementation And Ongoing Support Of A Computer Aided Facility Management (Short: Cafm) System. The Cafm System Is To Be Used As Saas (Software As A Service) With An Indefinite Term. In Addition, The Only Forty -Eight (48) Months (= Waiver Of Termination) After Successful Initial Implementation (= Successful Implementation Of The Module Area Management) Can Be Terminated On 31.03.2031 At The Earliest On March 31, 2031. Basic Mandate (Fixed Calls; See General Lv Pkt. 1.1) In The Extent Of Up To 80% Of The Fixed Access Quantity With The Procurement Law: To Negotiate The Contractor Of The Basic Order In The Negotiation Procedure Without A Announcement, Provided That The Contractor Has Provided The Services In Accordance With The Basic Order And Has Continued A Continued Service Provision By The An Is Technically And/Or Economically Necessary.
