Tenders Are Invited For Performance Of Renovation Works Of The Studio At The Primary School In Podkasy As Part Of The Project Increasing The Key Competences Of Students, The Key To Increasing The Quality Of Education In The Sulęczyno Commune
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Conducting Renovation And Adaptation Works Of The Studio At The Primary School In Podkasy In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project: Increasing The Key Competences Of Students, The Key To Increasing The Quality Of Education In The Sulęczyno Commune, As Part Of The Regional Program, European Funds For Pomerania Co -Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Efs+). 3. The Scope Of Work, According To The Bill Of Quantities, Mainly Includes: • Wall Putting And Painting, • Floor Replacement, • Door Replacement, • Replacement Of Windows, • Silencing Rooms, Except For The Subject Of The Contract Without The Consent Of The Contracting Authority, Only Work Necessary For Safety Or The Need To Prevent Failure, If This Does Not Increase The Value Of Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Contracting Authority About The Need To Perform The Abovementioned Works. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Presented In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And A Pre -Emptive Of Works, Which Constitute Attachments To Our Order - Annex 9. The Compositions From Section 4.2 Of The Predominant Of Works Have Been Excluded From The Current Procedure, They Should Not Be Taken Into Account.
