The Employer Recommends The Contractors To Make A Local Vision In The Field Before Starting To Prepare The Offer To Check The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Work Being The Subject Of The Contract And To Obtain All Additional Information Necessary And Useful For The Assessment Of The Work, As The Possibility Of Claims Of The Contractor For Erroneous Calculation Of The Price Or Omitting The Elements Necessary To Perform The Contract Is Excluded. The Costs Related To Conducting A Vision In The Field Are Borne By The Contractor. 5.
