Tenders Are Invited For Organizing And Conducting Free Sports And Recreation Classes In Bouldering Under The Program Entitled Climbing Wall - Sports Activities For Children And Youth.
8.1 The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct Free Sports And Recreation Classes In Bouldering Under The Program Entitled Climbing Wall - Sports Activities For Children And Youth. The Program Is Addressed To Primary And Secondary School Students From The Praga-Północ District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw And Children And Adolescents Residing In The Praga-Północ District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) To Organize And Conduct 400 Clock Hours Of Bouldering Classes For Children And Youth From Primary And Secondary Schools From The Praga-Północ District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw And Children And Adolescents Residing In The Praga-Północ District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. The Program Is To Be Implemented In A Period Not More Than Six Months After Signing The Contract. 2) The Implementation Of The Classes Will Take Place In The Form Of Service Vouchers. One Voucher Will Allow You To Reserve Classes With An Instructor For A Group Of Up To 5 Participants With An Instructor For A Group Without Having To Pay Classes. 3) Single Classes Are To Last 60 Minutes. The Contracting Authority Allows Simultaneous Classes For 2 Occupational Groups, I.E. For A Maximum Of 10 Participants. 4) The Contractor Is To Ensure The Possibility Of Taking Classes From Monday To Friday Between 8.00-18.00. At The Request Of Schools, Common Rooms Or Foundations Working For Children In The Praga-Północ District, Which Will Be The Recipients Of The Program, Classes Can Also Be Implemented On Saturdays And Sundays And On Weekdays At Other Times Than Indicated, Provided That They Take Place During The Contract And The Contractor Will Agree To This. 5) One Voucher Will Allow A Maximum Of 5 Participants In 60 Minutes. Classes With An Instructor. In The Case Of Children And Adolescents Under 17 Years Of Age, The Guardian Will Have To Be Present In Class.6) The Contractor Will Provide The Object Where The Classes Will Be Completed. The Facility Should: A) Be Located In The Area Covered By The Municipal Revitalization Program (Praga-Północ-Pelcowizna, Prague, Nowa Praga, Szmulowizna, Targówek-Targówek Fabryczny, Targówek Mieszkaniowy Or Praga-Południe-Kamionka, Grochów), Whose Limits Are Determined By The Map Constituting The Map Constituting An Attachment 3 To Opz, Note: In The Content Form Of The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Exact Location Of The Object (Object Address), In Which Bouldering Classes Will Be Carried Out.
