4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Toilet Paper And Paper Towels For Organizational Units Of The University Of Lodz, Located In Łódź And In Tomaszów Mazowiecki4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 4.3. The Concept Of Delivery Should Be Understood As The Provision Of An Original, Factory New Assortment - Free From Legal And Physical Defects To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Place Indicated By An Employee Of The University Of Lodz. The Costs Of Transport/Message Are Borne By The Contractor. 4.4. The Offered Assortment Should Be Produced Not Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery To The Organizational Unit Of The University Of Life Sciences And Humanities And Have Approvals And Certificates Allowing Them To Be Marked In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. All Supplied Products Should Be Brand New, The Cost Of Transport And Insurance Are Included In The Price Of The Offer - As Described By The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 1 To Swz).
