The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading In The Field Of Receiving, Movement, Delivery Of Letter Parcels And Parcels, Return Of Underestimated Postal Parcels And Receipt Of Shipments From The Contracting Authorities And Their Posting In The Transmission Facilities Of The Contractor To The Cracow University Of Technology: At Ul. Warszawska 24 Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering Of The Cracow University Of Technology, Located At Ul. John Paul Ii 37 Center For Training And Organization Of Quality Systems, Located At Al. John Paul Ii 37 Pk Publisher Located At Ul. Skarżyńskiego 1 Settal Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trade Paid By Fee From Below, Regarding The Reception, Movement And Delivery: Letter Parcels: A) Ordinary - Unregistered Shipments That Are Not The Fastest Category In The Countryside, B) Ordinary Prioritization, B) - Unregistered Shipments Of The Fastest Category In Domestic And Foreign Trade, C) Registered - Registered Parcels That Are Not The Fastest Category Shipments In Domestic Trade, D) Registered Priority - Priority - Registered Shipments Of The Fastest Category In Domestic Trade And In Foreign Transactions, E) Registered With A Return Receipt (Zpo) Confirmation Of Granting And Served On The Receipt Of Receipt In Domestic Turnover) Priority Registered With A Return Certificate The Fastest Category; Mandatory Copies To Libraries In Accordance With The Act Of 7 November 1996 On Mandatory Library Copies (Dz. U. Of 1996, No. 152, Item 722) 2. Daily Services For Sending Postal Parcels Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Day Of Their Receipt By The Contractor From The Ordering Party. The Hours Of Acceptance From Individual Locations Will Be Clarified After Signing The Contract. 3. Daily Services For The Ordering Party To The Customs Confirmation Of Receipt And Postal Parcels Returned To The Possibility Of Their Delivery Or Issuing Their Recipient, On Business Days From Monday To Friday To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. The Employer Will Use The Refund Of Receipt Of Receipt Proposed By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept, Move And Deliver Postal Parcels And Their Possible Refunds In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Letter Parcels In Accordance With The Act Of 29 August 1997 Tax Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2383, As Amended) And The Act Of 14 June 1960 Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 775, As Amended). 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services In Foreign Trade In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended), Unless International Provisions Provide Otherwise. 7. The Ordering Party Is Responsible
