3 The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Consumables For Computer Printers, Photocopiers, Multi -Functional Devices. 3. All Supplied Consumables Must Be: 1) Factory New - For Which Materials Should Be Considered Without Signs Of Use And Damage, Full -Fledged, Unregenerated, Unrefabricated And For Which Production Only Elements/Semi -Finished Products Were Used 100% New, Not Recycling, Not Refabulated, Without Signs Of Previous Use And Damage, Not (Originally) In Part Or Entirely In Other Articles. The Product Is Not Considered To Be Factory, Where The Container Was Only Cleaned And Filled With A Toner Or Ink. Print Quality (Copies), Efficiency, Drying Speed (Fixing), Not Blurring Printing (Copies) Should Correspond To The Original Product Of The Manufacturer Of The Device In Which It Will Be Installed. The Toner Cassette Must Have Protection That Prevents The Spilling Of Toner Powder During Transport Or Storage; 2) Original Materials - For Which Consumables Should Be Considered By The Manufacturers Of The Devices In Which The Manufacturers Of The Devices In Which They Are To Be Used, Which Are Not With Imitation Or Alteration, Not Falsified Or Equivalent Materials, Which Should Be Considered By Factory -New Ones, I.E. 100% Of New Parts Must Be Used In Their Production. Fully Compatible With The Equipment To Which They Are Ordered, Whose Quality, Technical Parameters, Including Performance, Is At Least Like Original Materials. None Of The Parts, E.G. Cassette, Photosensitive Drum, Housing, Picking Strip, Collecting Strip, Magnetic Roller, Printing Head, Toner, Ink, Ink And Other Parts, Were Not Used In The Original Form In Whole Or In Part In Another Product. Materials May Not Have Traces Of Previous Use And Damage, They Cannot Be Regenerated, Refabular And Must Come From Current Production. 4. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Providing Equivalent Consumables To The Original, Provided That They Meet Technical Parameters Such As Original And Will Not Cause Damage To Copying And Printing Devices. 5. The Supplied Consumables Must Be Of High Quality, Full -Fledged, Without Flaws.
