Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Paints, Solvents And Painting Accessories - Order Divided Into 2 Parts

1. The Subject Of The Proceedings In The Scope Of Part 1 Is The Supply Of Solvents Paints And Painting Accessories; 2. The Delivered Goods Must Be Free From Defects And Must Not Bear Signs Of Use And Damage. 3. Product Characteristics Cards Should Be Attached When Delivery. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Date Given In The Offer In The Scope Of Each Part. 5. The Contractor Grants A Minimum Of 12-Month Warranty On The Delivered Goods From The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods By The Ordering Party, With The Proviso That The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Will Not Be Shorter Than The Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer Of The Goods. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz) Is Annex 5 To Swz.7. An Integral Part Of The Opz In Terms Of Requirements As To The Type Of Assortment, Quantity And Parameters Is The Form Calculation Form For The Offer Price (Annex 1A). 8. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Are An Integral Part Of The Opz (Annex 4 To Swz). 9. Delivery Should Be Carried Out From 7:30 To 14:00 On The Work Days Of The Ordering Party - From Monday To Friday, Except For The Public Holidays In This Period During This Period. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The Place Indicated By The Employer By Own Transport. Delivery Costs, In Particular The Loading And Unloading Of The Goods Are Charged To The Contractor. Until The Receipt Of The Goods By The Ordering Party, The Risk Of All Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. 11. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Products Correspond To The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make - In The Formula Price Calculation (Annex 1A To Swz) - A Description Of Each Offered Assortment For Detailed Identification (Manufacturer, Number Of Containers, Containers Capacity - Calculated In Accordance With The Procedure Contained In Paragraph 12 Below). The Employer, When Describing Units Of Measure As L (Liter) In Individual Items Of The Offer Price Calculation Forms (Annex 1A To Swz), Allows The Contractors To Offer Various Packaging While Meeting The Condition Specified For A Given Assortment. In A Situation Where The Contractor Offers Containers With Capacity, The Multiple Of Which Will Not Add To The Amount Specified In Column 7 (Quantity) In The Forms Of The Offer Price Calculation, The Contracting Authority Requires The Use Of The Method Of Calculating The Unit Packaging To The Full Number Of Packaging Downwards. 13. In Individual Assortment Items Of The Offer Price, The Employer Has Introduced Minimum And Maximum, Required Capacity Of A Given Assortment. If The Contractors Offer Different Products In Complex Offers, But With The Capacities Required By The Employer, Their Offers Will Not Be Rejected.
