4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Plastic Containers Filled With Floating Material (Pcm) To The Heat Warehouse. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance, Flooding And Delivery Of Tightly Closed Plastic Containers, Filled With Floating Material (Pcm), Constituting A Heat Magazine Deposit. 4.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex 3 To Swz Together With The Container Design - 3D Model In .Stp.4.3 Format. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In 2 (Two) Parts, Including: 4.3.1. Part 1 - Production Of Plastic Containers, 4.3.2. Part 2 - Filling And Tight Closure Of Plastic Containers. 4.4. The Length Of The Warranty Period Required By The Employer For Both Parts Is A Minimum Of 12 Months From The Incorrect Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged During The Performance Of The Contract To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Conducted Business Activity Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, For An Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00. 4.6. A Copy Of The Insurance Policy Together With The Inclusion Or Disabilities Of The Policy Scope Will Be An Attachment To The Contract With The Contractor. 4.7. Equivalence: 4.7.1. The Contracting Authority Has Made Due Diligence So That The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Could Lead To Privilege Or Eliminating Some Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That In Any Place Swz And The Attachments There Are Such Indications, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Contract, And They Should Be Considered Only In Terms Of Information Indications (Non -Binding For Contractors) And Such Cases Of Own Names With Unambiguous Information That The Device Is Only Examples. 4.7.2.
