The Subject Of The Contract Is To Perform Investor Supervision To The Full Extent Over The Implementation Of The Task Expansion Of The Municipal Road 107184D Together With The Construction Of Pavements And A Bicycle Path From The Railway Crossing In Smolc To The Provincial Road Covering All Works Resulting From The Contract With The Completed Contractor, Acceptance, Performance And Settlement Of Construction Taking Into Account The Written Confirmation Of Completeness And Correctness. 2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Implementation Are Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Ppu) Constituting An Attachment.
