1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Delivery Of High -Performance Mfp Multifunctional Devices For The Needs Of The National Agricultural Support Center In Olsztyn In The Number Of 10 Pieces. High -Performance Mfp Mfp A3 (Colored Copyer + Network Printer + Color Network Scanner) Must Be Factory -New, Ready For Work And Delivered With The Original Consumables Installed (Including Cmyk Toners With A Capacity Of At Least 10,000 A4 Pages Each), With Warranty Cards, Manuals And Other Documents Necessary For Their Use And All Accessories And All Accessories Constituting A Sales Set, 2) Providing Constant Service For High -Performance Mfp Multifunctional Devices At The Place Of Their Use, Resulting From The Warranty - On The Scope Specified In § 3 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu), Which Constitute Annex 4 To Swz.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide High -Performance Mfp Multi -Functional Devices That Meet The Required Minimum Technical Parameters Specified In Section C Of The Offer Form (Annex 1 To Swz), In The Table, In Column 2 Minimum Technical Parameters Required. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide High -Performance Mfp Multi -Functional Devices Factory New, Full -Fledged And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Standards. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Also Be Found In Ppu, Which Constitute Annex 4 To Swz. 5.
