The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Foodstuffs (E.G. Spices, Pasta, Flour, Sugar, Oils, Cereal, Eggs, Silage) To The School Canteen At The Municipal Primary School No. 9 With Integration Departments In Piekary Śląskie In The 2025/2026 School Year. The Articles Will Be Delivered To The School Canteen At The Municipal Primary School No. 9 With The Integration Departments In Piekary Śląskie, Depending On The Needs In The Quantities Ordered By Phone Or Email By A School Representative. The Thin-Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Assortment And Price Form (Addition 2A To Swz- In Relation To Part 1) And In The Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Addition No. 4 To Swz). The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Order Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In The Manner Referred To In Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Act, I.E. The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Was Indicated, And The Criteria Used To Assess The Equivalence Were Not Given, He Should Ask The Employer To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence. If The Documentation Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Found To References, Technical Assessments, Technical Specification And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101, Para. 1, Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical References In The Documentation Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product3) The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Number Of Individual Articles Listed In Accessories No. 2A. (Assortment And Price Form) Has Been Indicated For Calculating An Offer, However, This Quantity May Be Reduced Or Increased, Due To The Inability To Provide The Exact Number Of People Fed As At The Time Of Initiation Of The Procedure. 4) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To Orders Submitted By The School Authority, And Their Size And Frequency Will Result From Current Demand. Orders Placed By 10.00 Will Be Delivered The Next Day After The Day Of Placing The Order (By Phone Or Electronic - E -Mail) Specifying The Type And Number Of Products. The Frequency Of Deliveries: • Daily According To The Demand Until 7:00 (Appendix No. 4 To Swz) - The Contractor Is Obliged To Consider The Complaint During The Time Indicated In The Offer, Not Longer Than 60 Minutes In The Manner Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Supplement No. 4 To Swz) .5) The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Contract Provisions Constituting The Addition
