Part I Preparation And Delivery Of Two-Course Dinners For The Pupils Of The Senior-Wigor Daily House In Zgierz, Ul. Cezaka 12 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Two -Course Dinners With Compote Five Times A Week, Without Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, Prepared On The Basis Of Own Products Using Your Own Kitchen Facilities (Kitchen Rooms, Kitchen Equipment And Kitchen Equipment) With Delivery To The Order Of The Order (In Catering Containers Gn From Stainless Steel And Thermo -Insulating Containers Gn Meeting The Requirements Of Haccp) From 01/07/2025 To 31/12/2025. 1. Lunches Should Be Adapted To The Requirements In Accordance With The Nutrition Principles Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw. Kitchen Rooms In Which The Contractor Will Prepare Meals Should Meet The Requirements Of Sanitary, Necessary To Conduct Collective Nutrition. 2. The Dinner Sets Will Include: Soup, Different For Each Day Of The Week, The Second Course, While In The Weekly Menu You Should Include Three Days Containing Meat Dishes, One Day Containing A Fish Dish And One Day Containing A Meatless Dish. For The Dinner Set, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Add -Ons In The Form Of Salad Or Cooked Vegetables And Compote. 3 4. The Temperature Of The Supplied Meals Should Be:- For Soups Not Less Than 75ºc- For A Second Course Not Less Than 65ºc, For Poultry Not Less Than 75 ºc 5. The Weight Of Meals Should Have Basic Standards:- Soup- 500Ml/Os- Second Dish, Including: 1) Potatoes (Porridge, Rice, Pasta)- 300G/Axis Meat ( Poultry, Ground, Stew)- 150 G/Person Or Portions Of Chicken (Thigh, 3 Wings)- 150G/Person Or Fish- 150G/Person Salad Or Cooked Vegetables- 150G/Person 2) Or Pancakes With Additives 300G/Person) Or Dumplings (With Cheese Or Meat) 300G/Os- Compote- 200Ml/Person 6 (Total Standards And Diets). 7. The Contracting Authority Predicts That In The Daily Order The Number Of Diets Can Be From 5 To 10 Sets. 8. The Actual Amounts Of Dinners For A Given Day Will Be Confirmed By Phone By The Contracting Authority On The Day Of Delivery By 09.00. 9. The Contractor Provides Dinners By Its Own Transport To The Daytime House: Senior-Wigor In Zgierz At 12 Cezaka Street From 11.30 To 12.00. 10. The Contractor Will Present The Employers Proposal For The Next 10 Working Days, 2 Working Days Before The Start Of 2 Business Days Before The Start Of The Decade. 11 The Proposed Sample Menu Covering Five Business Days Was Presented In Annex No. 1 13. The Senior Vigor In Zgierz Is Mainly Used By The Elderly, Pensioners In Zgierz, Therefore The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Introduce Changes In The Menu Proposed By The Contractor If It Is Not Adapted To The Requirements And Preferences Of The Reservoirs.
