Tenders are invited for Construction of 1 storied Armory Building with 2 storied Foundation for Bangladesh Ansar Battalion one at Jashore Eligibility of Tenderer: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 number of 1- storied RCC building work(in/c electrification work) with 2-storied Foundation with a value of at least Tk. 100.00(One Hundreded) Lac under single contracts or tenders successfully completed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years, . (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.200.00 (Two Hundred Lac) Lac in the last 5 years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 80.00 (Eighty) lac. (e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Five) Lac. (f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. (g)The tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. All other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT,GCC ,Section 1 to 9 of document part and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW2(a) format. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
