SCOPE OF TENDER 1. Qualified tender offers (bids) are sought from competent contractors for the following supplies in Basra/ Al Qurna Annex 2 Request for Quotation. The purpose of this agreement tender is to one contractor bidder to provide AGO with list of equipment in Anne 1- Request for Quotation. 2. The contract awarded from this tender to the successful supplier includes the location of the items delivery, only one qualified bidder will be a winner 3. Delivery time The supplier must be able to deliver and install the equipment in the location mentioned Within a period determined by AGO. 4. Payment Method: Payment shall be processed within 15 days after the delivery of the equipments. Payments will be based on a delivery note or service completion and invoice. Payment will be made via bank transfer, cheque, or Hawala Transfer in areas where access to banking services is unavailable. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
