Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Cleaning Services For Nampower Buildings In Windhoek And Brakwater For A Period Of Three (3) Years

Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services for NamPower Buildings in Windhoek and Brakwater for a period of Three (3) years. NamPower (Pty) Ltd hereby invites qualified, competent, and registered companies to submit their Bid for the under-mentioned: A compulsory pre-bid clarification meeting will be held on Wednesday, 21 May 2025, at 08:30 Namibian Time. The meeting will commence at the NamPower Centre Head Office in Windhoek, Omusati Boardroom, 4th Floor. The primary objectives of meeting are to through the bidding documents together prospective bidders and clarify all aspects pertaining to the Bidding Requirements and Mandatory Documents that need to be submitted. Following the document review at the head office, compulsory site visits will be conducted. Requirements for the Compulsory Site Visits: a) Bidders are required to attend the pre-bid meeting and compulsory site visits at their own expense/cost. b) All attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary safety gear, specifically safety reflective jackets, hard hat and safety boots (PPE) for purposes of the site visits. Bidders without the required safety gear may be denied access to the listed sites. c) Bidders entering the sites and/or NamPower premises will be subject to alcohol testing, and a zero tolerance for alcohol will be strictly enforced. Bidders who do not meet this requirement will not be allowed to enter. d) The clarification meeting starts at 08:30 a.m. Bidders are requested to be on time for the meeting at the NamPower Centre Head Office. e) Attendance at all the scheduled site visits is compulsory for all bidders. f) A register will be available at each site, and all attendees will be required to sign. By attending pre-bid meeting and site visits, Bidders acknowledge that they are entering NamPower premises and undertaking site inspections at their own risk. NamPower shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by bidders or their representatives during these activities, unless such injury, loss, or damage is directly caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of NamPower or its employees. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their own safety and taking necessary precautions. Bidders must adhere to all NamPower safety guidelines. Bidders are encouraged to visit and examine the site(s) and their surroundings where the Services are required to obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing their bid.
