Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Facilitating Needs Assessment Sessions The project activities include: · Conducting needs assessments. · Capacity building for the representatives of partnered CBOs. · Capacity building for adolescent girls. · Conducting raising awareness sessions and recreational activities every three months for each group. · Supporting the design and implementation of local initiatives led by the adolescent girls themselves. · Distributing hygiene and care packages to adolescents every three months. Overview of the Assignment: To support the capacity building component, PWWSD is seeking a qualified trainer to conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) targeting 40 participants, including CBO representatives and additional community facilitators identified by PWWSD. The training will be delivered in two separate sessions due to the current security conditions in the targeted areas. Each session will last 15 hours over three days: · Session 1: Nablus, with 20 participants from CBOs in Nablus and Tulkarem. · Session 2: Jenin, with 20 participants from CBOs in Jenin and Tubas.
