May 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Human Rights & Protection Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 10 Sessions Long Job Description : Design, plan, and deliver MHPSS group sessions tailored to the needs of frontline workers (teachers, social workers, humanitarian staff). Use creative, activity-based methods (art, movement, storytelling, mindfulness) to support participant engagement and well-being. Adapt session content and facilitation techniques in response to emerging group needs, feedback, and contextual changes. Apply strong group facilitation skills to foster trust, participation, and positive group dynamics. Integrate a high level of context sensitivity, ensuring psychosocial support reflects the Lebanese sociocultural and political environment. Uphold cultural competence, empathy, and trauma-informed practices when working with diverse and high-stress populations. Maintain session documentation and basic reporting in line with confidentiality and organizational guidelines.
