Kościuszki 68 On Plots With Registration Number: 4/4, 4/6 Obr V, Am-1, Owned By The Zgorzelec Municipality. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Preparation Of Complete Multi -Branch Technical Documentation, Including Project Documentation, Technical Specifications, Cost Estimates, Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation Meeting The Requirements And Covering The Entire Scope Contained In The Functional And Functional Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu), Referred To In Paragraph 3 Of This Chapter, Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Building Permits And/Or Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit, 2) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Accepted By The Employer With The Documentation Together With Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit, If It Is Required In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law. 3) Documentation. 3. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. If The Name Of The Material (S) Or Device (Ń), The Parameters Identifying The Manufacturer, Origin, Are Used Only To Determine The Characteristics, Quality Of These Materials Or Devices In Pfu. The Contractor Is Obliged To Build Materials Or Devices With No Worse Properties Ensuring The Functioning Of Elements, Part Or The Entire Building In Line With Pfu. Thus, Materials Or Devices (Generally Products) Equivalent To Other Manufacturers Are Allowed To Be Used. If The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By The Unit Assessing Compliance Or Reports On Research Carried Out By The Entity As An Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Terms Of The Contract Was Used In Swz Or Additions.
