1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi -Family Residential Building Under Tbs Located On Plot No. 48 Precinct 39, At Ul. Łódź In Częstochowa- Building B. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Construction Of A Turnkey Standard Of A 1-Frame Residential Building, With Four Above-Ground Floors With An Elevator Inside The Cage, Parking Spaces And Land Development, With Residential Premises With Parameters: A) Building Area: 488.47 M², B) Usable Area: 1.601.18 M², C) Total Volume: 6.400.00 M³, Together With Internal Installations, Connections And Land Development, And The Contractor Obtained A Final Permission To Use The Building. 3. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Number Of Works - Attachments From No. 7.1. To No. 7.6. To Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annexes No. 8.1. To No. 8.4. To Swz, Construction Projects - Annexes No. 9.1. To No. 9.5. To Swz And Geotechnical Opinion - Annex 11 To Swz. The Contractor In The Price Of The Offer Must Take Into Account All The Costs Necessary For The Performance Of The Order, Resulting Directly From Swz, As Well As Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Executed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Design Documentation. This Documentation Is An Attachment To The Swz And Announcement And Is Available On The Website Of The Proceedings. In Case, If Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Receipt Of Construction Works Or Objectives Would Indicate In Relation To Certain Materials Or Equipment Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, They Do Not Reference For A Specific Contractor Ordering Party Or Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Should Not Take Them Into Account When Preparing The Offer. 4. Along With The Completion Of The Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Shall Submit In The Form Of Permanently Fastened All Documents Related To The Subject Of The Contract, Among Others, Instructions (In Polish) Of The Use, Operation And Operation Of The Installed Devices, 2) Warranty Documents Together With The Conditions Of Warranty Of All Installed Devices, 3) As -Built Documentation For Each Industry Separately, 4) Other Documents Collected During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Referring To Its Implementation. 5. Attention! The Number Of Works Constituting Attachments To This Swz Are Only An Auxiliary Material For The Contractor In Determining The Flat -Rate Price. The Quantity And Descriptions Of Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Ultimately Defining The Requirements For A Given Work.
