The Subject Of The Contract Is Air Conditioning In Rooms And Communication Routes At The Level Of The 2Nd Floor Of The Hospice Ppzol.Prece Related To The Performance Of Air Conditioning Will Be Performed At The Branch Providing Medical Services Around The Clock. 1. Functional And Qualitative Parameters Allowing The Subject Of The Contract For Use, In Particular Such As: Security And In Accordance With The Purpose It Is To Serve. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Documentation Submitted By The Ordering Party, Including The Bill Of Quantities, Specification, Project, Other Technical Documentation Of The Ordering Party, As Well As An Offer Cost Estimate And In Consultation With The Ordering Party And Designated Investor Supervision Inspector. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Materials And Own Products With The Help Of His Own Equipment. The Contractor Will Agree With The Employer Selection Of Materials For Finishing Works. 4. Materials, Products And Devices Referred To In Para. 3 Should Comply With The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Application In Construction Specified In The Construction Law. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Certificate And A Security Sign, A Declaration Of Compliance Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Norm Or Technical Approval For Materials And Products, Which Will Be Forwarded To The Ordering Party With The Completion Of The Receipt. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Keep The Facility Free Of Communication Obstacles And Will Remove And Store All Auxiliary Equipment And Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage, As Well As Unnecessary Provisional Devices, 2) The Contractor Will Provide Proper Organization And Coordination Of Works By Securing Executive Supervision, 3) The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Quality, Timeliness And Safety Of Works Performed And Safety Of Works Performed By Subcontractors, 4) After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Renovated Part Of The Object And Transfer It To The Employer, 5) The Contractor Provides The General Supervision Of The Renovated Part Of The Building.
