1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Renovation Works Of The Cloakrooms And Bathrooms In The Building At Ul. Krawczyk 21 In Mikołów - Project No. 8/2024 As Part Of The Civic Budget In Mikołów. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 2.1. The Work Of The Works Includes:- Dismantling Of The Wall Cladding From The Tiles- Dismantling Of Floors- Dismantling Of Masonry Shower Cabins And Installing New Cabins From Hpl- Demonization Of The Frames- Making New Floors With Tiles- Making Cladding From Plates On The Walls Up To 2.00 M- M- Construction Of Ceilings From Plates. G-K- C.O. G-K Plates- Alignment Of Wall Surfaces With A Coat Finish (Or As An Alternative Cladding From G-K Plates)- Replacement Of Window Sills- Painting Walls And Ceilings- Replacement Of Water-Sewage Installations. Floor Inlets- Assembly Of Ventilation Lifts- Removal Of Old And Assembly Of New Lighting Fittings With Adjusting The Electrical Installation- Replacement Of Electrical Accessories With Adjustment Of The Installation2.2. The Contractor Should Make A Flat-Rate Valuation Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Stwior, A Predeependent Of The Works Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz, Which Performs An Auxiliary Function And Inspection In Area. 2.3. Technical Designing And Acceptance Of Works Is In Annex 7 To Swz. 2.4. The Contractor Must Provide At Least A 2 -Year Warranty For The Work He Has Done And The Materials Used. 2.5. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee In The Scope And Period Equal To The Device Manufacturers Warranty. 2.6. On Each Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Copy Of The Building Rights Together With The Current Certificate Of Belonging To The Relevant Professional Chamber, In Accordance With The Terms Of Participation In The Procedure 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Contract On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Formula Constituting Annex 4 To Swz Origin, Sources Or Special Process, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided That They Have Maintained The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Etc. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 6. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 7.
