The Subject Of The Contract Is A Construction Work Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works - Entitled Purchase And Assembly Of Street Lighting Lamp - H. Ch. Andersena Ul. Design And Build. 2. The Employer Described The Subject Of The Contract Using The Following Documents: Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting, Annex 2 To Swz And The Functional And Utility Program Together With Attachments (Pfu), Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant: Minimum 36, Maximum 60 Months Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract (Offers Containing The Period Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract, Shorter Than 36 Months, Will Be Rejected). 5. The Task Should Be Completed In The Design And Build Mode. 6. The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Below, Except For Persons Performing The So -Called Independent Technical Functions In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law: A) Lower Technical Employees (Organization And Implementation Of Construction Works), B) Physical Workers (Direct Performance Of Construction Works). Note! The Employer Allows The Possibility For Persons Conducting Business Activity Or Partners Of A Commercial Law Company In Person. 7.
