The Concise Range Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Pre -City Of Works And In Detailed Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Works. In The Event That In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Any Material, Device Or Product Is Specified By Providing The Manufacturers Name Or In Another Similar Way That Could Hinder Fair Competition, It Is Allowed For These Materials, Devices Or Products The Possibility Of Using Equivalent Solutions, I.E. While Maintaining Not Worse Parameters Than Provided For In The Technical Documentation. Each Time The Replacement Solution Requires Agreement With The Supervision Inspector. Such Changes Do Not Constitute Amendments To The Contract.
