All Floors Are Currently Intended For Public Utilities. The Scope Of Work Does Not Apply To Changes In The Current Use Of The Building. The Scope Of The Order Includes Full Construction Works Processes With All Demolition, Construction And Finishing Works (Also With The Removal Of Collisions With Previously Installed Devices, In Particular Air Conditioners, Fire Alarm System, Computer Network System), Along With The Purchase, Delivery To The Construction Site, Building Materials And Devices And Removal From The Construction Site And Utilization Of Materials From Demolition And Utilization Waste, As Well As The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Start -Up Of Equipment Related To The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Scope Of Planned Works Includes Construction Works As Part Of The Thermo -Modernization Of The Building Resulting From The Thermo -Modernization Audit And Design Documentation, As Well As Other Works Not Included In The Thermo -Modernization Audit Described In Swz.
