The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law Indicates That It May Cancel The Contract Award Procedure, If The Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Under The Abovementioned Sources Of Financing, Were Not Granted To Him. 2.
