1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 106556L - Ul. Poligonowa In Lublin In The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road - Pavement Along Ul. Poligonowa On The Section From The Property At Ul. Poligonowa 78 Up To The Height Of The Property Border No. 82 - Approx. 190 M And On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Zelwerowicz To The Intersection With Ul. Raginisa (On The Aldi Side) - Approx. 225 M With The Authors Supervision. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Preparation Of Project Documentation Of The Road Industry Based On A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 1 To Swz). 2.2. Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Employer, Including The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge As Well As The Principles And Conditions Of Health And Safety. 2.3. Performing Authors Supervision Over Works Performed On The Basis Of Project Documentation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Planned Scope Of Work, Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Annex 1 To The Contract - Functional And Utility Program With Attachments.
