The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Multi -Branch Cost Estimate Documentation Constituting The Stage And Order As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works In Order To Carry Out The Task Consisting In The Construction Of A Wooden Rural Health Center In The Skeletal Technology Together With Land Development In Zebrzydowa, On Plot No. 644/4, Precinct 0012 Zebrzydowa Constituting The Stage Ii Of The Contract. In Particular, The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1): 1): Development Of Multi-Branch Design And Costing Documentation Based On A Functional And Utility Program (Pfu), Along With Obtaining A Final Building Permit And All Other Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment Task. B) Developing An Evacuation Plan For The Designed Object And Equipping The Facility With A Fire Extinguisher In Accordance With The Assumptions Adopted In The Project. For The Above -Mentioned Projects, The Final Acceptance Of The Investor And Future User Should Be Obtained). Making All Documentation In Electronic Version On The Cd Or Dvd. Electronic Conveying Of Project Documentation Will Be Made Using The Following Electronic Formats: • Drawings, Schemes, Diagrams - Pdf, Or Dxf, • Descriptions, Statements, Specifications - Ms Word Format, Ms Excel.D) Development Of Documentation Project In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Functional And Functional Programs Attached To The Contract. The Documentation Should Be Developed Taking Into Account The Conditions Contained In Obtained Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As Detailed Guidelines Of The Employer Indicated In Functional And Utility Programs As Well As The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Design Documentation Should Include All Industries And Specialties Needed To Efficiently Perform The Scope Of The Material Project. E) Development And Delivery Of Project Documentation Under This Order In Quantity: • Land Development Project - 6 Pcs. • Architectural And Construction Project - 6 Pcs. Pcs. 2) Stage Ii: A) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Based On Project Documentation Made By The Contractor. B) The Start Of Construction Works Immediately After The Contractor Obtained A Building Permit. C) Keeping Full Construction Documentation In Accordance With The Construction Law. The Construction Law Requires Keeping A Construction Log For Investment. D) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Developed Project Documentation During The Investment. Authors Supervision Will Be Carried Out From The Moment Of Starting Construction Works To The Completion Of Construction And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facilities. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With The Construction Documentation And As -Built Documentation.
