Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Together With The Delivery Of Food For The Air Ambulance Service.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Successive Purchase Along With The Delivery Of Food, Specified In The Assortment And Price Form (Annex 1 To Swz). The Method Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.2. The Number Of Ordered Foodstuffs, Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Are Estimated Amounts That The Employer Plans To Buy During The Period Of The Contract And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Contracting Authority To Buy The Entire Assortment. The Products Will Be Ordered Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Change The Number Of The Ordered Assortment Provided That The Contract Is Not Exceeded. 3. Orders Will Be Placed By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Or Via The Contractors Purchasing Platform (According To The Selection Of The Contractor). The Term Shopping Platform Is Understood As A Tool In The Form Of An Internet Application Using A Web Browser That Allows Purchasing Only Products Specified In The Contract, With Accounts For Users (Min. 11). The Purchasing Platform Must Be Launched At The Latest By 3 (Three) Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 4. The Employer Reserves The Right To Order Other Food Products Not Included In The Assortment And Price Form, Provided That The Contractor Will Offer Other Foodstuffs And Their Price Will Be Market. 5. All Foods Offered By The Contractor Should Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), The Act Of 21 December 2000 On The Commercial Quality Of Agri-Food Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1980, As Amended) And Other European Legal Provisions. 6. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options In The Case Of Having Financial Resources For The Implementation Of The Optional Subject Of The Contract On The Following Terms: 1) The Option Of The Options Will Apply To Ordering Additional Quantities Of Food, Indicated In The Assortment-Price Form And Extending The Contract By A Maximum Of 6 Consecutive Months; 2) The Order Carried Out As The Option Is The Unilateral Entitlement Of The Contracting Authority, Therefore Not The Right Of The Option Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Any Claims In Relation To The Employer; 3) The Contracting Authority Will Notify The Contractor About The Intention To Exercise The Right Of The Electronic Option, To The Contractors E-Mail Address, Indicated In § 4 Para. 2 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Notification Will Contain The Maximum Number Of The Assortment Ordered Under The Law Of The Options Along With Their Maximum Value. Persons Authorized To Provide The Contractor With Information On The Intention To Exercise The Right Of Options Are The Persons Indicated In § 4 Para. 1 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract; 4) The Term
