Part 1 Fresh Vegetables And Fruits1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Food Products For The Nursing Home In (27-400) Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Ul. Grabowiecka 7 In The Second Half Of 2025 In The Quantities And Types Specified In The Offer Form Constituting Annex 3 To Swz And Assortment And Price Forms Constituting Annex 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6 To Swz For Individual Parts In The Second Half Of 2025. The Subject Of The Contract Is Continuous, Which Cannot Be Satisfied By A One -Off Behavior Of The Contractor. 2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Quantitative Changes To The Purchased Range Between Items In Assortment And Price Forms Regarding A Given Part, Which Will Not Have An Impact On The Change In The Value Of The Contract And Will Not Exceed The Value Of The Contract Indicated In The Submitted Offer Regarding A Given Part Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of Individual Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract Mentioned Above Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And In Assortment And Valve Forms Constituting Annexes 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, To Swz.4. The Order Will Be Made During The Second Half Of 2025, From July 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025.5. The Contractor Will Perform Deliveries In Tranches, Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party And The Contractor Transferred By E-Mail By The Employers Appointed Employee At The Latest Two Days Before Delivery. 6. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Contract Within The Time Limit Set By The Employer Without Undue Delay, A Current Report On Research On The Content Of Nitrates And Nitrite, Issued By The Institution Authorized To This - If Concerned. Additional Images Regarding The Range: A) Should Be Characterized By High Taste, B) For Consumption, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, C) Without Mechanical Damage And Biological Changes, D) Without Symptoms Of Diseases And Mold.
