The Subject Of The Contract Is The Collection, Loading, Transport, Deposit And Utilization Of Asbestos Waste (Transfer To A Dump With Appropriate Permits) In Arrears From The Commune Of Zakrzew As Part Of The National Program Of Financing Asbestos -Containing Products In The Field Of Collecting, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos Containing Asbestos Implemented In Agricultural Economies Nfośigw In Warsaw And Wfośigw In Lublin. The Number Of Waste Containing Asbestos - 216 Tons From 42 Properties. The Number Ofness Is Estimated. The Settlement Will Be A Cost Estimate. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Scope: Both Increases And Reduction By No More Than 30%. The Contractors Obligations Include: The Contractor As Part Of The Contract Before Receipt Will Protect The Waste In Accordance With The Provisions, And After Receipt He Will Organize The Place Of Receipt From Possible Residues Of Asbestos Materials. According To The Terms Of The Program, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order To A Landfill, In Accordance With Art. 20 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012.
