The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Thermo-Modernization Of The Phytoweterinary Briefing Building At The Road Border Crossing In Bezledy, 11-200 Bartoszyce. 3. A Detailed Description Of Parts And Orders Can Be Found In Annex 5 To Swz.4. The Contractor, Transferring To The Ordering Party, The Studies (Works) Will Simultaneously Transfer To Him, Without Additional Remuneration, Property Copyrights To These Works Arising From The Act Of 4 February 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24), With Remuneration For The Transfer Of Copyright Will Be Included In The Price Of The Offer. 5.
