The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Works Consisting In Cutting Off Shrubs And Self -Seeding Trees Forming Shrubs Along With Scaling Of Roots, Growing In The Belts Of Poviat Roads And Internal Roads (In The Management Of The Lubin Poviat And The Management Of The Lubin Staroste) In The Lubin Poviat, Including: From Roadside Ditches, Slopes And Shoulders. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Protection, Technical Knowledge, And The Contractors Experience, As Well As In Accordance With Swz And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Detailed Conditions Of Traffic Management On The Roads And Supervision Over This Order At The Expense And Efforts Of The Contractor.
