The Subject Of The Order Is To Maintain Roadside Greenery, Growing In The Road Lane Of Poviat Roads In The Żywiec Poviat In 2025 (Cutting Of Trees And Cutting Of Shrubs In The Edge Of The Road, Care Of Treble Crowns - With Cleaning The Area, Cutting Trunks). 2. Detailed Scope And Technical Requirements For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By: 1) The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 4 To Swz, 2) Detailed Technical Specification Constituting Annex 5 To Swz, 3) Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz4) List Of Roads Constituting Annex 6 And No. 7 To Swz.3. As Part Of The Above -Mentioned The Pre -Works Of The Works Should Also Be Carried Out All Temporary And Accompanying Auxiliary Work, Which Are Necessary To Properly Perform By The Contractor The Works Included In The Pre -Works Of The Works, Including Works Resulting From The Technical Specification4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Redeem From The Ordering Wood Remaining From The Tree Felling, Making A Payment For The Value Of Wood Raw Material, Estimated By The Appraiser Appointed By The Poviat Road Administration In Żywiec, Where The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Value Of This Purchase Will Not Be Greater Than 10% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Above Obligation In The Submitted Offer. Payments For The Value Of Wood Raw Material Should Be Made To The Bank Account Indicated By The Poviat Road Administration In Żywiec, Based On The Vat Invoice Received Within 30 Days From The Date Of Issuing The Invoice. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Services In Accordance With St, Taking Into Account The Contractors Obligations Arising From The Offer Submitted In The Proceedings. 6. The Employer Also Reserves That The Quantities Given In The Attachments To Swz Described In Point 2 Above Are Estimated, Therefore These Quantities May Change, Depending On The Actual Needs Arising During The Contract. The Service Will Be Performed Up To The Amount Scheduled For The Execution Of The Order. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Indicate Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Contract That Will Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
