1 Transport Will Take Place From The Transhipment Station In Pisz, Address: 12-100 Pis, Ul. Tęczowa 3, Commune Pisz, (Hereinafter: Sp Pisz) To The Municipal Waste Treatment Plant In Olsztyn, Ul. Lubelska 53 (Hereinafter: Zuok). The Distance From Sp Pisz To Zuok Olsztyn Is 107 Km. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste For Transport Is Up To 7,000 Mg. 3. As Part Of The Order, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of The Options Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Increasing The Scope Of The Contract On Waste Transport Services With A Code 20 03 01, Additionally By 3,000 Mg.4. The Employer May Exercise The Right Of Options In Whole Or In Part, Once Or In Several Parts. 5. The Employer Will Exercise The Right Of The Option If There Is A Demand At The Request Of The 20 03 01 Waste Transport Services From The Transhipment Station In Pisz To Zuok. 6. Considering The Above, The Total Amount Of Waste Intended For Transport Is Up To 10,000 Mg. 7. The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For Loading At The Transhipment Station In Pisz.
