1 Transport Will Take Place From A Transhipment Station In The Polish Countryside, Address: 11-700 Mrągowo, Polish Village 24A, (Hereinafter: Sp Polska Wieś) To The Municipal Waste Nutrition Department In Olsztyn, Ul. Lubelska 53 (Hereinafter: Zuok). The Distance From Sp Polska Village To Zuok Olsztyn Is 60 Km. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste For Transport Is Up To 8,000 Mg. 3. As Part Of The Order, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of The Options Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In Increasing The Scope Of The Order With Waste Transport Services With A Code 20 03 01 An Additional 6,000 Mg.4. The Employer May Exercise The Right Of Options In Whole Or In Part, Once Or In Several Parts. 5. The Employer Will Exercise The Right Of The Option If There Is A Demand At The Request Of 20 03 01 Waste Transport Services From The Transhipment Station In The Polish Countryside To Zuok. 6. Considering The Above, The Total Amount Of Waste Intended For Transport Is Up To 14,000 Mg. 7. The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For Loading At The Transhipment Station In The Polish Countryside.
