1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Bus For Transport 24 People. 2. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) A Factory New Bus, Unregistered, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2024, 2) The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With Executive Provisions To The Act. 3. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With Full Technical Documentation Of The Car And The Documentation Necessary For Registration And Insurance Required By Polish Law, In Particular: 1) A Certificate Of Approval Of The Vehicle Chassis In The Polish -Lithuanian Commonwealth Or Certificate Of The National Individual Admission To The Territory Of Polish Law Or Certificate Of The Domestic Individual Admission To The Ordering Of Polish Law Or A Certificate Of The National Vehicle - 2) Instructions For The Traffic, 2) Instruction In Motion, 2) Instructions For The Vehicle, 2) Instruction In The Vehicle, 2) Instructions For The Car, 2) Instruction In The Vehicle, 2) Instructions For The Vehicle, 2) Instruction In The Vehicle, 2) Instructions For The Car, 2) Instructions For The Vehicle, 2) Instructions For The Vehicle, 2) Instructions For The Vehicle, 2) Instruction On The Vehicle And An Equipment Manual And An Equipment Instructions Required By Polish Law - Located On The Car In Polish Along With All Documents Necessary For Proper Operation, 3) A Service Book In Polish; 4) A Guarantee Book With Detailed Warranty Conditions In Polish. 4.
