The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of: A) General Construction Works: - Disassembly Of The Door And Window Joinery; - Breaking And Attempting To Floors; - Demolition Of Internal Partitions; - Cooking Holes In The External And Partition Walls; - Execution Of Masonry Works; - Execution Of A Leveling Of The Equalizing Holes; - Wetting Of The Door Holes; - Wall Extortion; Partitions;-Making Dry Buildings From G-K;-Making Internal Plasters; - Execution Of Wall And Floor Cladding Made Of Ceramic Tiles; - Installation Of Door And Window Joinery; - Plaster Coating Along With Painting Walls And Ceilings; B) Sanitary Works: - Dismantling Of Sanitary Supplies And Piping; - Execution Of Approaches Under Sanitary Supplies; - Installation Of Sanitary Supplies; C) Electric Works: - Disassembly Of Existing Lighting, Plug Sockets And Electrical Cables; - Forging Furrows For Electrical Cables And Their Assembly; - Installation Of Plug Sockets, Switches And Lighting. Note: The Scope Of The Proceedings In Question Does Not Include The Performance Of Construction Works And Electrical Installations In Rooms 1/0, 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4. In The Scope Of This Order, The Reconstruction Of The 1/5 Room And The Supply Of Equipment Indicated In The Figure A-02 Ground Floor Projection According To The Pre-Trend. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Technical Documentation; 2) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb), 3) The Bill Of Quantities. Nothing That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.2. Point 1) Swz And Stwior. The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. The Performance During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Works In Greater Quantity In Relation To The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration -If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation Referred To In Point 4.2.
