The Duration Of The School Year (September -June) The Contractor Is Obliged To: About Such Organization Of Work, In Order Not To Interfere With The Conduct Of Didactic Classes, About Performing Loud Or Particularly Burdensome Works Outside The Lessons Or On Days Off, To Ensure Adequate Protection Of The Construction Site And Zones Separating Students And School Staff From Conducted Works, To Agree On The Work Schedule With The Schools Management). Obliged To Comply With Health And Safety Regulations, In Particular In The Field Of Conducting Construction Works In The Active Educational Facility In Which Children Are Staying.
